Is DIONE Wallet free?
DIONE Wallet is free to download and use. We don't charge any fees for installing the wallet, holding DIONE, sending or receiving on-chain. Standard Odyssey Chain network gas fees apply when you send transactions — those go to the network, not to us.
Does DIONE Wallet require KYC?
No. DIONE Wallet is non-custodial — your seed phrase and private keys live on your device. We don't operate accounts, we don't collect identity documents, and there's nothing to verify. You install the app, generate a wallet, and you're using it.
Is DIONE Wallet open source?
No. DIONE Wallet ships as closed-source binaries distributed from dionewallet.com and mirrored on GitHub Releases. Trust signals are different: Hacken audit findings, signing verification, BIP-39 standard (your seed phrase remains portable to any compliant wallet — you're not locked into DIONE Wallet to access your funds), no backend architecture, hardware wallet integration.
