2. The service
- DIONE Wallet is a free, non-custodial desktop cryptocurrency wallet.
- Available for Windows 10+, macOS 11+, Linux (Ubuntu 20.04+, Debian 11+, Fedora 35+).
- Operated by Dione Wallet LLC, Toronto, Canada.
3. Self-custody and key management
- You generate and control your private keys.
- We never have access to your keys.
- Loss of seed phrase = loss of funds. We cannot recover them.
- Hardware wallet integrations route signing to the device — keys never reach the wallet software.
4. Closed-source distribution
- DIONE Wallet ships as closed-source binaries at v1.0.1.
- Trust signals: Hacken audit (20 February 2026, 9.5/10), code-signing on installers and updates, BIP-39 portability.
- Open-source EVM alternatives (MetaMask, Rabby, Frame) exist if open-source code review is a hard requirement for you.
5. No financial advice
- The site contains educational content about DIONE coin, Odyssey Chain, staking, and EVM wallets.
- Nothing on the site constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
- Cryptocurrency carries the risk of total loss.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
- The wallet and website are provided "as-is".
- No warranty of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dione Wallet LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the wallet or website.
9. Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
- Any disputes are subject to the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
10. Changes
- We may update these terms; material changes are announced via verified Discord.
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
