Entity structure
Dione Protocol LLC is the parent entity, founded in Toronto in late 2022. It owns and operates Odyssey Chain and the protocol-level smart contracts. Dione Wallet LLC, founded 15 December 2024, is the daughter entity that publishes this site and the DIONE Wallet desktop binary.
Both entities are based in Toronto, Canada. The wallet entity operates under an internal brand license from the protocol entity. Trademark filings for DIONE WALLET are planned in CA / US / EU. This separation keeps wallet liability and IP boundaries clean while preserving a single roadmap.
